2cl Génépi l'Ancienne
1cl 1883 Peach syrup
2cl Peach preparation
10cl Sparkling wine
Pour Génepi, syrup, and sparkling wine in a Champagne flute and finish with the preparation to emulsify the wine softly.Stir well. Garnish with an edible flower like pansy.
